The Hamilton County Health Data Dashboard is an interactive, public-facing tool developed by the Hamilton County Health Department to provide timely, local insight into community health conditions. The dashboard presents key indicators related to population health, social drivers of health, and health outcomes across Hamilton County, with the ability to explore trends and, where available, view data by ZIP code or geography.
Like other components in Hamilton Counted, this dashboard is powered by interactive Power BI visualizations, allowing users to examine patterns over time, compare demographic groups, and identify areas of greatest need. It serves as a companion to the County’s Picture of Our Health Community Health Assessment and is designed to support data-driven decision-making by policymakers, community partners, grant writers, and residents.
Together, these dashboards offer a transparent, accessible source of authoritative local health data to inform planning, prioritize interventions, and track progress toward improved community health outcomes.
